1. Join the Zoom proceeding.
2. When ready to share exhibits, accept the invite to use "Parrot App"
1. Click 'Upload exhibits'
2. Select files you want to import into the meeting and click 'Open'
Note: These files will remain private, they will not be shared with anyone until you click present later
3. The files will now appear in the list.
A. Preview: Review the contents file, visible only to you
B. Delete: Clicking the 'x' will delete the file
C. Introduce: This will share the file with all participants in the proceeding, and move the file to the "presented" tab, which is visible to all participants.
4. Previewing files makes the file fullscreen for you. The label in the top middle confirms this. From here, you can either close the preview or present the exhibit.
1. Click 'Introduce' to begin the process of sharing
2. You will now be asked some questions
A. Select whether this is the Plaintiff or Defendant side sharing this
B. Name the exhibit however you would like to refer to it (the order is stored automatically)
C. Click either 'Introduce' to move the file to the public tab, or 'Introduce + Present Now', which moves the file to the public tab and starts presenting the file immediately
3. Once a file is introduced, you will find it in the "Presented" tab. Files in this tab are visible to all participants. From this list, you can:
A. Preview: Preview the file yourself before presenting to all participants
B. Present: Present the file to all participants
4. Similar to when the file was private, previewing files makes the file fullscreen for you. From here, you can either close the preview or present the exhibit.
5. Clicking 'Present exhibit' presents the file to all participants. You'll notice the green "Public presenting" label in the top as well as the customary Zoom green outline around the shared file. You are now sharing the exhibit.
6. All files shared and presented get automatically saved to the Exhibits folder for that proceeding, saving you time and effort.
1. Login to your Zoom account
2. Open Zoom Marketplace
3. Click Manage in the page header
4. Click Added Apps in the left sidebar
5. Click Remove next to Parrot Depositions app
6. Finish the app removal dialogue
1. Open Zoom Marketplace
2. Use the search box to search for "Parrot Depositions"
3. Click on Visit Site to Add button (Note that permissions from the admin of your organization may be required)
4. Once clicked, Parrot Depositions authorization flow will begin - Zoom app will open and you will be required to log in to the Zoom account you want the app to be added to
5. Once finished, the app landing page will be open in the Zoom app
