Semantic Search: The Intuitive Search You Always Wanted

It’s easy to search when you know the exact words or phrases you’re looking for. But what if you don’t? It happens to everyone – you review someone else’s deposition transcript, or you read your own months later and don’t remember much. Unless you have detailed notes or a great memory, you have to review the whole thing over again.

At Parrot we aim to make your work more efficient. Our first step in streamlining your workflow was summarizing your transcripts, so you have an easy way to refresh your memory or support colleagues with their cases. We’ve now launched our AI-based semantic search to help you get any information you need in the most intuitive and effective way.

Our Semantic Search provides the ability to search for any related text. We’ll help you find results with the same meaning, not just particular words or phrases themselves. Just give us the gist, and we’ll find the relevant content.  For example, type in “medication” to get a sense for any prescription or over the counter drug related mentions, such as “Ibuprofen” or “steroid injection.”

Want to check what kind of injuries were discussed in a particular deposition? Try putting in “injury” to get specific mentions of injuries listed, like “broken elbow” or “sprained ankle”. You can even type in  “person” to see results and citations for any people mentioned in the transcript!

And it doesn’t end with text - our AI will search images and photos from your exhibits as well. Submit a short description of what you’re looking for, and we’ll get you the results.  Let’s say you want to find x-rays from the injury related to your case - all you have to do is type in “bone fracture,” and the relevant exhibits will appear in a flash.

It’s that easy.

Let’s make your next deposition as smooth as possible.

We’ll show you how our platform – and people – give you an edge.
